Stay up, take a crapload of coffee or cappuchino (pardon my spelling.), because if your a heavy sleeper, or have been up ALL NIGHT, *points with an angry face.* you'll probably too heavy in sleep to care about the clock going off, and you might go back to sleep.
For schedule help:
Sleep as soon as you get home, when you wake up, do your free time stuff, all that, yada yada yada. Then go to work while your wide awake, and only be tired when its almost over. I do the same with school.

Stay awake. Have a wholesome breakfast. Go out and conquer the world!
Don't look at those 8 hours as if that were torture.

This has happened to me many times. I just tough it out and make it through the work day, and collapse when I get home. Then I sleep. Work first, sleep later. It is the American way. Get used to it.

Get the 2 1/2, have your alarm super loud, then catch an energy drink, shower,shave, sheet, and off you go!
