How should a working lady give full justice to a home and work life?
The condition being that there are so many responsibilities to take care of -Household chores and well being of members at home + hectic schedules at work.

Very Good Way is Prioritise your work schedule at both the places. Like immediately to be attended, later & after office hours. Find suitable persons to allocate some small works,
Never think you are the one to carry all. God is there to show the path to you. Only thing that all our thoughts are negative or dijective. So is the the work toll seems to be h3ectic.
Be positive, with relax mood leave the problems to the Almighty's path, rest assured you will be doing full justice at both places.

The first thing one should do is to prioritise the job.In case one cannot leave the job then sit with family members and talk to them about your problems and ask for suggesstions as to how they can help you. Since office people are not under our control you can sort this out within your family by openly talking. The most immediate person to ask for help is your husband.
Get up 1 hour early than usual and finish your chores.

what you need to do is go to work when you get home take things one at a time. always rember to make time for others. sounds hard but I am in this situaction right now . I always make time get my house clean and work two jobs. Then spend time with my 2 daughters.

See i think you are a married girl. Now a days many girls are working & also takes house responsibility. You nhave to talk to your husband & take his full help & support to perform your both responsibilities. Without his help it is difficult.

welcome to this century sister, unfair? yes. did we do this to ourselves? for sure.
we wanted more...a career...more money... we got that but it didn't shrink what we already had.
Our mothers were mothers and homemakers full stop. we had to add workers and providers. good on us!!
sometimes I think bring back women oppression so we can stay at home cook and mend socks.
