programmed decisions are policies or "decisions" ina form of memo that the big bosses have prepared and made for situations they think will happen at a certain or given factors.
Unprogrammed decisions are decisions made that sudden appears which the bosses never thought of

Programmed decisions are stereotype. Unprogrammed ones are fresh and used thought process as input.

some one says i love you, you automatically say it back, thats a programmed response, some one who takes time and then answers, thats unprogrammed
