i had an email from a guy mate come through the other day he said that he loves me and that we needed to talk and alot of other things about how much he likes me. the problem is i have a boyfriend and he knows how much i love my boyfriend and alsoi met this guy online. hes online today but wont talk to me as i want to no what thim message was about as i dont want it to cause problems between my boyfriend and me.
how can i get him to talk to me so i can find out what it was about?

I would say just be very very clear you are not interested. I know it is flattering but you need make sure you don't lead the poor guy on. If he says he wants to stay friends - don't. I would just make it clear to him and then cut connections with him. If he's saying he loves you then unless you are interested, which by the sounds of it you arnt, it's best to cut contact even if you like him as a friend.

If it was me and I had a boyfriend, I wouldn't be online, chatting with complete strangers. Now the online person is probably a predator and will stalk you. Change your email. You say you want to find out what it's about. Well he told you what it's about--he loves you. Sounds pretty scary to me.

be in love with someone is so sweet. but it doesnt mean that a person u love also love u. just send him email that this is a situation and as u said u met him online so how a person can fall in love with seeing someone. this is bull shits he maybe just having fun or passing his time and that's it. if he continuesly try to send u msgs. just block him and his emails so simple. certainly u dont want to keep ur mind somewhere else when u r with someone u love.

Let your boyfriend know what is going On, And take your boyfriend with you when you met up with this guy, and if the guy does not wish to talk in front of your boyfriend, walk away.
