Great Question and a hard one to answer!
It would be to easy to accuse politicians - after all they are duly elected and therefore we are ultimately responsible for their misdeeds.
In reality they cannot be weasels as long as we sanction them.
Weasels there are a number: Banks that rip you off; Credit card companies; Loan Companies - each of the above make millions steadily taxing our earnings at gross rates that in no way relate to service and most punish severely any fault on your behalf.
Then their is the legal profession that fundamentally acts in its clients interest without regard to ethics but with regard to cash.
Then their are the oil companies which despite the price of oil raise their prices and never lowers them.
Councils who fine motorists not for traffic offences or use of the car but for profit.
Finally their are the Political correct nutters who have created an environment where kids are never punished, feel they are above the law - do not learn and end up on the scrap heap to be social problems for the rest of their lives.
I know none of these are bordering illegal but ethically they should be.
The last category is my biggest weasel as the ruining of the future generation is the biggest crime.

I had to laugh when I saw this question... I could only guess what others put as answers.
I live in the U.S., and when you think weasel, you assume politicians, so I'll leave it up to you to guess who I think is a weasel.

Rumsfeldt---------he controls Bush. Bush doesn't have the brains to think for himself---well, to think rationally.
Of course, Cheney is up at the top of this list, too.
