A doctor, or health care clinic, but you have to do it with in 72 hours of the mishap!

go to a chemist, no prescription required..... however i would just like to forwarn you that i conceived even though i took the morning after pill, i have 3 other people i know who got in the same predicament, so when you take it even though within the first 72 hrs know there is a 50 - 50 chance you may concieve.

i think you can get it in any pharmacy but you have to pay and is quite expensive, good luck
