When i try to start my galant in the morning it has a hard start,i cant drive it immediatel.I must leave the engine running for some minutes before i can drive it otherwise it keeps going off.Finally after i drive it is sluggish.It keps showing the engine light which goes on and off as i drive.I have had to change a relay/fuse several times. Whenever the relay/fuse is burnt the engine is very sluggish.the odometer and speedometer do not run.please help

That is a problem that you don't need to tackle yourself. I don't mean to sound harsh but I could write you 10 pages worth of information on what to do to find it and you would probally be lost.
Take it to a reputable shop not a dealer because they charge way too much.

you probably have a short or ground in the relay/fuse circuit. there is a tester which can locate these type shorts or grounds and you may need to have a mechanic find it. you can try to check it yourself by checking the wiring for any bare spots which could go to a metal surface and cause the fuse/relay to burn out. it is an elctrical problem cuz i had something similar happen which kept blowing a fuse and it drove me nuts before i fin ally had to take it in for a mechanic to find it. i had two small bare spots and it took two minutes to fix, but fifteen minutes to find.
