Live without it for how long? Yes I can,but for a limited time, but of course I always didn't have one.Now days you merely have to have one,you break down in the middle of nowhere,no phone,no spare, car over heated and no water, anything could happen, then you would have walk to the nearest pay phone and that could be for miles.People now days don't have respect to help others, they want to rob and kidnap you and hurt you in a bad way.You have a flat on the side of the road, someone stops to help you,but only robs you and leave you for dead,NO CELL PHONE?Then what are you going to do? HMMMMM,Now to rethink your question I might change my answer.

so yeah, when i was waiting for a replacement simcard and whatever i was totally lost without my cellphone, didnt know what the time was, couldnt keep in touch, couldnt calculate anything - even simple items coz i was soooo used to using the calculator...
i wonder how we 'lived' before the cellphone age.. hehehehehe

My entire life is in that phone. I don't need it just for communicating with people. I keep all the phone numbersand addresses in there, daily reminders (because i never remember anything), Birthdays, anniversaries, shopping list... If i lose that phone i won't be able to find anyone, not even my husband.

Yes I could live without a cell phone. I cannot stand them. You see people in lines in Supermarkets , banks etc and they are so rude being on the phone. In cars really drives me nuts.

absolutely NOT! You never know when you need it. I"m not on it all the time, but great for emergencies, or if you're someplace waiting for an appointment and it's boring, you have the option to call someone and make the wait time more interesting.

I live with out it every day!
My wife got me one, (though, I dont have any minutes on it, because I dont need it), and said she was going to put it in my car. I told her not to bother. If I go out of town, I will borrow hers. If not, then I dont need a phone held to my ear, like some kind of growth, chatting away to people while I trip over a curb.
I wish you well..
