Genes... for the same reasons why some men have a larger penis while other mens are smaller. Or why you are born with blonde, black, brown or red hair, or your eye color. Its all just luck of the draw..
No matter what a person has, they should be happy with who they are.
I have a better answer to the question. Some women have bigger breast than others because they pay big money for them.

It's genetics. If you want bigger breasts, you can either get implants or gain a lot of weight but, you'll eventually start getting fat everywhere. I love my small breasts though and so does my fiancee.

u r lucky that u got big breast. as women now a days spending thousands to have big breast. don’t wory i think u look beautiful with big breast. don’t think of any reason just enjoy ur mammoth
