If you have tried to turn the switch on and off about a dozen times and this won't help get someone to help you and look under the hood on the fuel rail and find the bleeder valve. Looks like a valve stem end on your tire. Push the core and have your helper crank the engine over until you get gas to comel out. If you never get any gas then you never ran out of gas and have other problems like possibly fuel pump.

put gas in it, press fuel pump reset switch and crank it over. it should hav an electric pump so it may take a few seconds for the gas to reach the injectors. running out of gas may have allowed trash from the tank to clog your fuel filter so you may have to change it if the car still doesn't start.

It should start. Maybe you not give enought time cranking. Keep cranking. OR maybe that's NOT the problem?!!?!?!
