i want to leave the state but have requirement that hold me back should i take off or stay till im able to go ? and is it going to be better for me ?

Be Responsible, and think Logical, if you are legally not able to leave the state, don't put yourself in Jeopardy. If it is a different commitment, and you are able to take care of yourself, go for it.
