If you feel comfortable on letting him touch you, then do it.
But be careful.
I honestly think that he sounds like an inconsiderate JERK if he keeps on insisting to touch you. He has NO respect for you OR no self respect! Id say DUMP HIM. Don't be with anyone who INSISTS on wanting to touch your body and you don't want to. That's is WRONG and it could lead to rape! DUMP HIM. Get RID of him! Find someone who is more interested in getting to know YOU, not your body! You'll be happier and you'll have much more fun with someone like that! Exploring someone else's body goes very deep in a relationship, it shouldn't be used as some toy! Your body is not a toy! He's wanting to "play and fondle" and is insisting to do it.
I have been through that pressure crap many times and some of those guys, I realy liked, so it was even harder to let go. I wished I had never let them touch me....I wished I knew it was coming before I got too attached.
But, NO, don't let him touch you! LOSE HIM!

NO Don't ever do anything that isn't mutual.
You need a bf who will respect you.
Hon, you have a whole lot of growing up to do. Don't let this guy take your you away from you. It is better to not have a bf than to have one who is putting pressure on you to do things that you aren't ready to do.
Please be strong and don't be another girl to have a boy take them places way before they are ready to go.

No, if you don't like it. don't make him force you to do things beyond your restrictions. don't make yourself regret it soon. if he doesn't respect your decision of not giving your body to him, just dump him. well, i know if you love him it's not easy to do right? so i guess you have to explain your side first. if he compromises with you, good. if not, let him go and let him find someone who can fondle breast with. i've been there my friend. i did regereted it because we ended up terrible. i wished i never have let him touch me.

i'm a guy and i will tell you if you don't want him to do it don't let him, if he insist don't let him don't do anything unless you like it... if he insist thats rape and you can report him to the police and they will incarcerate him.
