The polarized lenses on my Oakley a-wires that I purchased at sunglasses hut about a year ago are flaking off in different spots. Is there a place to contact or send them to to have them replaced.

The other person is wrong. Your glasses are only covered for 1-year. It is a manufacturer's warranty that only covers defects in the frame for the first year. The 6-month breakage protection plan that Sunglass Hut doesn't cover that either. I work for a company that is owned by Oakley so I know how the sunglass business works. You have to go directly to Oakley and have them replace your lenses (Contact their customer service). You can get their number through their website, and they'll guide you through the process. They're probably going to have you send them in for replacement, and since it's been over a year, you are going to have to pay for the replacement lenses.
