Well this is going to be interesting. The Finns are the distant relatives of the North-Western Siberian peoples, the Norwegians are from a different pool altogether.
The question is not about numbers, but about facial and bodily beauty and behaviours such as height, obesity, sexual behaviour and cleanliness.

Actually speaking all women are beautiful and there's no
distinction in who's more beautiful or prettier than the other.
Whether Finnish, Norwegian, German, British, American,
Chinese, Indian or Black Africans, its a preferance choice.
Like the old saying, "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder!"
Pick your choice as I've already picked mine!

It is all a matter of preference. I prefer women from ethic backgrounds other than my own with long dark hair. While I love Asian women I also have a strong preference towards Native Americans and Latinas. My wife is a beautiful Native American and I find her to be the sexiest woman alive.
I think femininity should be a HUGE factor in consideration. I do not find European women and American women to be very feminine; too aggressive and outwardly competitive for me. Short hair also ruins the illusion.

It all depends on you.
What I know is that many European women are beautiful but their face is somehow cold looking.I mean there is no feeling in their faces.just the opposite the Asians especially those from middleeast have hot faces although the might be less beatiful than the Europeans.Their eyes talk to you!!!

I do not relish this question at all. Does your women relish your question, is she tall, short, fat, thin, clean and does she have any sexual behaviour, does she, (your woman), appreciate your cleanliness.

I've not been to Finland, but I have been to Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. From my own personal observations, I would say Norway.
