okay i started my period on october 3rd ended october 7th it every 28 days i have a period...well i want a baby boy what days should i try and have intercourse.is there a chance i could get pregnant today if i had sex on today either oct 8 or 9th i really wanna boy.i have been trying for 6 months

It will give you the days you are most fertile.
Usually it is 14 days before your next expected period. If you are on a 28 day cycle than your days should be between the 14th to the 17th, ovulation being on the 16th. I only know the dates because I got my period the day after you and my dates are the 15th - 18th.

As for the sex, there is no certain days or positions. Altho it is the mans genes that determine the sex of the child, it is really in gods hands and you should be happy that you are being blessed with such a gift.

There is no way that you can determine the sex of your baby, all information that people give you is based on old wives tales. If it were possible to choose the sex of your baby everybody would be doing it, Posh spice reallys wants a girl, with all the money she has if she can't make it happen lets assume that its not possible! Without meaning to be rude, if you are ready to have children, the sex shouldn't matter, yes you would like a boy, but does that not mean you would not love a girl just the same? I think you would, your maternal instincts would just kick in. Concentrate on becoming preganant and not the sex of your child. I would suggest taking folic adic supplements, they help towards your unborn baby not having spina bifida and can increase your changes of concieving. I am not sure of your budget but Boots the chemist sell Ovaluation kits which tell you your most fertile days, they are around £50 though. Good luck and if its meant to be you will have a boy and if you have a girl it is still one of the most precious gifts you will ever have.

here is an ovulation calender. Just register and its free. It tells you what days to try for a boy. Just dont have sex before and for first 2 days of ovulation and then you can go like rabbits if u want to. LOL hope this helps anyway. .....http://www.yourdays.com/ and i have also looked on the internet at Douching with bi carb soda and water for a boy because they like the alkaine more than the girls do. NO NO No! There IS TOO a way to choose. OK...14 days after the FIRST day of your last period is when you start being fertile. (for a week) If you want a boy have sex durring the last 2 days of that week.

Best advice is if you go on a baby website like babycentre.co.uk or babyworld.co.uk, you enter the first day of your last period, average cycle length and it will tell you your most fertile days. also try getting some ovulation tests from boots etc, they are like pregnancy tests where you pee on a stick but it tells you when the level of lutenising hormone is higher and that indicates ovulation is about to occur.

You are most likely to get pregnant around the 18 - 20th of October. Sorry, no way to choose a boy, unless you go to a genetics lab and let them mess with your embryos.

You are usually most fertile 14 days before your period is due to start, which would make your most fertle time around the 16th of October.

Sorry but its the man that determines the sex of the baby haven't you noticed how many people have 2 boys or 2 girls? My dad has fathered 3 boys only got me cos I am adopted

you wont even ovulate until around the 20th or 21 of october dont think there are certain days that will give you a boy or girl but ah...good luck or what ever

well from my experience i got pregnant about 10 days after the start of my period, so i would try the 13th or 14th of october. enjoy.
