You can't for the same reason you can't "revive" fine wine that has turned to vinegar.

It really depends on how old you mean by 'old'. Perfume smells won't change that much but they do get more concentrated over time. I would suggest adding a tiny bit of water to dilute the smell of the old concentrated perfume if you wish to acquire a scent quite similar to the original perfume scent.

Also, cultivate the habit of shaking the bottle of perfume regularly even if you don't use them. That helps to retain the original perfume scent longer.

as mentioned by the above person, you cannot revive old perfume.
what i do is to use them as room deodorant..if the smell is not too off.

Keep them in it's original box and keep it in a dry cool place. (stay away from the sun). That's what i do and my perfume lasts for years....but once they go bad...there's not much you can do about it
