I am not sure this will help at all - but is your boyfriend circumcised ? If not then sometimes (as happened to me) the first couple of times I had sex the foreskin than attaches to the head of the penis would rip a bit leaving blood.

The Dr. simply cut the skin where it attaches to the head. So I am still uncircumcised - it just doesn't rip and bleed any more

Pain might originate from the uterus (womb), Fallopian tubes or ovaries. It is usually felt in the middle of the lower abdomen, above the line of pubic hair as far up as the navel. Occasionally, the pain is more to one side, which is more typical of a pain coming from an ovary.

There might be discomfort or even pain during intercourse (called dyspareunia) felt deep within the pelvis.

Pain originating from the uterus is usually worse at the time of a woman's period (dysmenorrhoea).

Examples of conditions of the reproductive organs giving rise to pain include endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cysts, fibroids and problems related to the early stages of pregnancy such as miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy.

did you forget to take your birth control pill, or take it at a different time than usual? was it a lot of blood? maybe you sould take a few days off from the sex and if it hurts the next time you do it, make an appointment with your Dr. Also, blood or unusual vaginal discharge could be a sign of an STD, so don't mess around and get help if it continues.

I had a polyp on my uterus once. It caused some bleeding like that, but it got much much much worse. Best bet? Go see your GYNO.
