I get forward email's fm people saying that if i pass this email, their sick kid would get 0.32 per email, fm AOL, or other companies that track the email? Is this true....? Does AOL and companies like that track the email chain letters and compensate a family if they need the money?

I assure you without even looking that the email that was sent to you that it was most likely a hoax designed to flood the world with unnecessary chain reaction traffic.
