Do they film CSI:Las Vegas, CSI:New York, and CSI:Miami on location?

No. For the most part, they are filmed in Los Angeles but the crew and cast do travel to the locations where they are set, a few days a year, to film "exteriors" and other select scenes.

They film some each season in the towns they take place in but the rest is done on lot.
