Its a case of a simple typing error in the question, which the questioner perhaps could not notice before submitting and the answers resultantly went to different directions. The question logically is "Who will win next worldcup". I think the Yahoo Answers team should have the authority to make such minor editing before fielding such questions.
Turning to the question itself, I agree with an earlier answer that this debate should come to an end. People are really getting bored of it. We should wait the result of the mini-world cup i.e. the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy. That will enable us to weigh which team stands where before making guesses on the world cup.
I hope friends agree with the two proposals above.

Since cricket is a game of uncertainties as has been proved on couple of occasions earlier in the past, nothing can be predicted about the outcome of a tournament which is to be played after few months. There is enough time for the teams to improve their
performance. The teams which are now hot favourites may not remain the same when the tournament starts.
Hence it is unfair to all the teams to predict a winner so much in advance.
