sorry, that's why they call it the "pregnancy glow" mostly everything you've heard, however the latest rumor is that chocolate doesn’t cause breakouts so enjoy as far as the proactive I've heard good things but you're face will get WAY worse long before it gets better. If you're fed up with the way you're breaking out now I'd put off the proactive till after pregnancy..... Personally I use Neutrogena oil free acne wash followed by an astringent and oil of olay toner twice daily and try not to touch your face

Sorry, the only way I know is by giving birth. Healthy diet, a good facial cleanser, maybe a cleansing mask might help some. It's hormones though, Hun. Good luck!

hahaha! i remember those days! i have a 2 month old. all those symptoms are here to stay till you deliver! unless you are the type of person to get stress zits then you'll get them till your little one starts sleeping thorugh out the night!

Try not touching ur face so much.. you have natural oils in ur hands and sometimes makes you break out more. Also drink plenty of water, they say that helps clear ur face.

good cleaning habits, drink lots of water, avoid caffeine, and exercise!

otherwise... it's just hormones and there isn't anything to do but stock up on Clearasil.

Hugs to you.. I hate pregnancy acne!

I heard the birth control pill helps acne . . .hehe.

But seriously, try Proactive. You can get it in some stores and malls now.
