Look Now a days our india in IT HUB now. So if u r IT guy than Banglore is the best place where u can settle and get a nice job.
Pune is also good. My friend recently joined the job in veritas (Symantec) company and His salary starts from 25000 per month.

its not a matter of studying one or two years .the company will check what you know practically and how long u interested in the Field.if you fullfii the above then you can get a good job easily even in india.
