employees that were with the company the day it started.

I created my own company, instead of going by CEO or President, I use the title Founder.

Founder is person who created the business from the ground up, founding employees would be those that worked with me during those creating days.

A founding employee is an employee accreditted to discorvering other employees or new employment techniques to furthering better working conditions.
