I have always had big hips and a big bottom compared to my upper part of my body, i always buy size 6 for t-shirts and 8 or 10 for jeans and it drives me mad because a mini skirt looks stupid and i would really want to wear one.....i go to gym all the time, is there anything else i could do to make my hips/legs look more beautiful except doing sports?

I have the same problem. Although the other day I heard that it is good to walk on the treadmill for five minutes everyday in high heels. You know like the straw kind of pumps with rubber at the bottom. I have yet to try it cause I can't find those kind of shoes anywhere and my mom won't let me do it on are treadmill with regular heels and socks over them. lol So if you have any heels like that I say you should try that out.

How about you work on the other aspects of yourself other than your looks? Guys don't fall in love based off of looks. They may be at first interested that way, or perhaps not even so. Work on the overall package you offer. You have big hips, oh well maybe some shallow guys won't want to be with you because of it. No loss. You will find better men that can see beyond your hips.

Nobody is perfect to everyone but everyone is perfect to someone. Find that someone (and more than likely there is more than just one).

Girls are meant to have curves..and so your hips will be hips. Don't fall into the catagorey as creepy skinny. It isn't all about looks. Try to learn to be okay with your self. Be okay in your own skin. Work out and have a healthy diet and you will get results.

i have the same problem toooooo.i have learnt 2 accept it . I heard that walkin 20 stairs daily 4 20 min 4 atleast 6 months things may improve. try it!&good luck .I

You don't want to focus on weight lifting, you want a lot of cardio to help lose weight and shape up your lower body. I would recommend like a cardio kick boxing or another type of cardio class. They are really effective and fun too! Good luck!

properly if u desire alluring legs, you will desire to WAX i'm sorry yet shaving will continuously pass away th;ose marks and there is truly no longer something u can do approximately it. waxing is stunning becuz it in easy terms takes some seconds and harm for the 2d. and it lassts plenty longer than shaving

If u use high heels chappals your hip shape and your bottom gets worse, so if u r a user avoid them it will do good.

size dosen't matter.........
so if youm feel your hip is in big size follow the tips
1.eat raw veggies
2.drink fruit juices
3.walking and cycling is good exercise to decrease the hip size
4.follow good diet
5.avoid fry foods and over eating eggs

it depends if your legs are muscular or fatty? if you could use some toning, biking whether it be outside or on a biking machine will tone up ur butt and legs.
