There is a person whom I really want to make friend with. During recess time, I would always seek for a chance to walk pass her classroom and hoping to get a chance to say something like "hi" to her to improve our acquiantance. However, she only paid little attention to me. What should I do?

be yourself. don't force yourself to befriend somebody. widen your horizon. involve yourself in activities wherein you will meet people of the same interests as yours. don't spend so much time to someone who does not mind your existence. spread your wings. the world has so much to offer.

Get her into a conversation. Not just a "hi" but a conversation. Grab her attention, she maybe oblivious and girls like that don't realize boys unless they are looking very hard for their types (I know one very personally). Or they run into them in halls (literally). Or in class a boy says something they like to hear.
