I am currently in my second trimeseter and my breast has yet to be tender or hurt. I thought this was suppose to happen by now. Also they have not grown much either. Maybe a problem with my milk gland or am I being worried about nothing. Anyone been or going through this now. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I wouldn't be too worried. Every woman's body is different and you might not feel any breast tenderness until you're really close to having the baby, which is when your milk will start to come in. Also, some women don't get really big during pregnancy. I've known people who barely showed through the whole thing and had healthy babies! If you have any real concerns, I would suggest speaking with your doctor about them. Don't be afraid to..that's what they are paid for!

When I was pregnant I made a point of NOT reading pregnancy books. Information given is very general but during the time when your hormones are going crazy, that information becomes the bible and you expect it all to happen exactly like the book.

Like everyone has said... EVERY PREGNANCY IS DIFFERENT.

ME - sore breasts for the first trimester only.
MY SISTER - sore breast at the end of her pregnancy.
ME - breasts only grew one cup size. B to C
MY SISTER - went from C to DD

Nothing in a pregnancy can go by the book, it is all a guide to what may and may not happen.

Any queries should be handled by your doctor or Midwife they will be able to set your mind to rest with any problems that you may have.

This is very different for each woman. I don't believe that there is anything to be worried about - but you should aways consult your OB/GYN about any concerns you have with your pregnancy. Sore or tender breasts may never occur - some don't have any of it. And some women begin to experience it almost from the start. I wouldn't put yourself through any concern for it. Good luck and congrats.

LOL!!!

Your milk glands are fine; you don't need to produce milk until much later, and the milk won't 'come in' until a day or two after the baby is born and suckles at thei breast to trigger its production.

Enjoy your pregnancy. Learn to knit, to sew or something creative that will help you prepare calmly.

It's nothing to worry about. Some people experience tender breasts early on, while others do not experience tender breast until milk starts to drop.

I never got sore breast and you may not either, everyones pregnancy is different from another. Your breast may not get much bigger at all, mine never did, just wait you may get it further along.
