After shower my hair would be fluffy. Should I put gel or not?

As long as it's soft, smells nice, and you don't mind letting girls play with your hair it can be hott.

Depends on HOW fluffy. A little soft gel on wet hair and then after it has dried naturally, run a comb through it. Try a few different ways and see what kind of compliments you get. That's always a tell tale sign of how good something looks.

just a tip, dont use too much gel because the whole plastic hair look just doesnt work on anyone! If you have "fluffy" hair you might want to use Mousse as opposed to gel to keep the natural look of your hair and style without making it too crispy.

Dude, this is a lame question. All women have different tastes just as all men have different tastes. It is more than looks my friend. It is the package deal. Stop thinking there are a few criteria that every woman looks for and start understanding that there are many different criteria that every woman looks for and the importance of any particular criteria ranges by woman.
Most importantly, keep in mind that all women are different and that all women are impossible to understand. ;-)
