If you don't like the way she dress and she won't change, then maybe you need to find a better girlfriend.
She probably wears these clothes because she likes the attention. Try explaining to her why this sort of attention from men is bad, that she should dress respectable instead. It all depends on what sort of attention she wants.
You can't change her, you can just try to talk to her about it.

Forget about it. She's lost. Don't say anything else to the woman. When you see a nice conservatively dressed female make a statement...now she's hot. Don't say anything else. Definitely don't defend her when she is disrespected in public.

this is kind of silly....i'm willing to bet the way she dressed was a part of what attracted you to her. This is your wive's way of expressing herself...people may see her...and she's coming home to you...
People often fall in love with a person. then get married and think they need to change them afterwards...you fell in love with her as she was...why change it?
