The problem with the Japanese are the Japanese.

The native Japanese are incredibly arrogant and bigoted towards other Asians. You usually don't see this among Japanese Americans, but it is very easy to see this in native Japanese.

I had seen Japanese tourists in Vietnam during my last trip there. Everyone of them was rude and acted like they should be bowed to as they walk through the city. One of them shoved me as if it was my fault to be standing in their way. I would have planted my foot in his fat Japanese butt if I didn't think I would end up in a communist prison for doing so.

It is a personal matter only, maybe because that Japanese kid has some bad behavior. I personally do not have any hate toward Japanese, though I know they took part in the second world war. And I strongly believe that the vast majority of people in my (Asian) country like Japanese. I admire them a lot for what they have done to achieve a great nation status. We do a great deal of business with Japanese (and know that they are very demanding too) and there are also many Japanese investors in my country. They are hard-working and good-disciplined. I have met many Japanese students since I left my country, and I can recognize clear differences between them and Koreans and Chinese. Japanese are generally quiet and good-natured and polite. I would be happy to talk and get to know them.

So the Thailand and Vietnam kids who hate him? For some personal reason, I think, or they are just not mature enough.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of animus and resentment toward the Japanese that dates back to the imperial period (1880s to 1945). Many countries, including the Philippines, China and Korea were invaded by the Imperialist Japanese. Horrible crimes were committed in all these countries. Some of them are almost too much to believe. It is opprobrious historically!! It seems more like a Steven King novel than actual 20th century history. The Japanese murdered about 100,000 Chinese in only a few days in the mid-1930s. Even the Nazis were shocked (as their own murderousness was yet to fully develop). It is also a shame that this prejudice has brought about such maltreatment. Maltreatment, rape, murder and torture were widespread during the Japanese occupation of Korea. Thousands of young Korean girls were made into sex slaves. It sounds incredible, but it is true.

You should however, stand up for what is right and denounce the antisocial behavior (without referencing physical violence in any way, only stating the flat truth that abusing another person is wrong). It will not interfere with your efforts to respect yourself.

No, what they do not like is individuals that make a sentence run on for 50 phrases or extra, seeing that they appear so self-situated. Maybe those who "you hang around with" have got to understand you larger and notice you for the cool character you're, or perhaps you all simply hold in combination and speak continually approximately yourselves with out listening to one another besides as wall paper. There's each types of relationships, something the race. It's actual, even though, that whether or not we love to be given it or no longer, there are robust genetic trends closer to cultural bias in picking the ones we accomplice with. My wager is those CULTURAL variations are mainly extra for your manner that the RACIAL ones that appear noticeable -- no less than with more youthful Asian individuals, as others have stated. Of path, the query then turns into, "Who is paying awareness to dermis colour -- them otherwise you?"

It's all about World War II. And back a while ago, (centuries I mean) the japanese fought with china and they never got along.

But the big effect was that they were on Hitler's side. And after they bomb Pearl Harbor, and America takes their revenge, it all turns out that the US and Japan are now allies.

It's because the Japanese invaded parts of the mainland throughout the history of their nation. They murdered, raped, pillaged, and tortured people all over that region. This includes Korea, China, and various other areas. They even made the people whose countries they occupied alter their names to fit the Japanese naming patterns. They were quite brutal and people over there tend not to forget that the Japanese genetic stock comes from such people.

As a Japanese American, I would say that most Japanese are kind of elitest amongst other Asians. The Japanese have also had a history of oppressing other Asian nations and have taken rule over some.

Not all Asians hate the Japanese by any means, but history is sometimes the cause of resentment if it does exist. That doesn`t justify bullying now though.

It could be just personal stuff. It may have nothing to do with race or ethic. When you don't like someone, you say everything that will insult the person. It is not necessary related to racial or ethic background as a whole.

You read too much into it. Or you are just too sensitive.
