i would not use xp on any pc p3 or lower or 850 mhz or smaller with no less than 512 ram it will really slow u down and freeze up alot..and could also crash badly....

For your question "is it possible to DOWNLOAD?", the answer is yes (although it might not be legal...)

However, since I believe that the word you intended to use was INSTALL - I would have to say absolutely not. Although it is possible to install this operating system on your laptop, it will not function properly and will give you a hard time (freeze frequently, deny operation of some programs, etc.) I do not generally recommend to install Windows XP on a computer with a clock speed (CPU speed) of less than 800Mhz and 256MB of RAM.

The best way is to spend $1500 on a new computer and get rid of that piece of junk!
