less then 1500 is quite impossible arh.cause second hand will cause around 2k plus.so my advice to u is go to a motor shop.grab a 2nd hand bike.pay down payment and insurance.it will cost around 1k already i guess.cause insurance is a killer.then the rest of the payment.u pay by installment for either 2 or 3 years.u can try Ah Boy motorshop.its near the singh temple area.
