why they dont dare to look at your eyes when comunicating? are they not truthful? are they trying to hide something? or feeling contempt of others? or racist?

that is a negative perspective, maybe you are racist or you don't want to understand their behaviour.
did you ever thought that i may be because of their culture? it may show respect, or that they are not comfortable.
i am not asian, so i am imparcial, and i did not notice that from the asia people that i know.

In many asian cultures, it is considered impolite to make eye contact while conversing; i think it comes across to them as challenging, or aggressive.
This can be confusing for westerners, for whom it is considered polite to make eye contact during conversation, to show that you're paying attention to the person speaking.
It's basically just an arbitrary difference between cultures; it's meaningless beyond that.

The western way is different, the Asians do not gaze into the eyes of the person as it is taken as being rude.
Out of politeness they do not look into the eyes of the person.

Its a sign of respect for your personal space.a cultural thing as there are to many of them crowed into a small space . hence the averting of eyes to show respect for personal space.To look someone in the face without permission is a sign of disrespect.
Just like the Arabs and the soles of the feet . They Keep them hidden to show respect . if you show your the soles of your feet you are showing disrespect to the person or persons your talking to.

It is considered disrespectful to make eye contact with the opposite sex, elders and people above you. That just about covers everyone!

their culture doesn't look people straight in the eyes. here in the west it's different. Either u stare me down or ur a ******* coward.
