Well, considering that when my wife and I looked at moving to Orlando the economy was rather unimpressive with the exception of tourism, I wouldn't be complaining too much.
I'm sure that many tourists are the result of accidents along the Beeline or Irlo Bronson, but most stay away from the metro Orlando area other than Kissimmee. So, unless you're in these areas are the tourists causing most of the problems or would it be the millions of senior citizens in Florida causing the problems?

When I am in Florida, I am a tourist! I try to stay on Disney World property, and they transport me everywhere I wish to go. So I am not one of those "out of state or rentals" in these accidents.
And by the way, there are accidents everywhere, not just in Florida.

Yea, I too am feed up with the $60,000,000,000 that tourism pumps into Florida, which is 20% of its economy.
