Whatever you do, don't uses the bolts to try to "pull it together". The torq converter (the large, round pumpkin shaped thing in the front of the trnasmission) is not mating into the transmission all the way. Seperate the engine a little bit so the torq converter spins freely. It will mesh with the "front pump" of the trany with a few tries spinning it gently and pushing in.

1/8th inch not much. Loosen the trany hold up bolts, then retighten tran to engine, then AFTER you've done that, loosen engine mount bolts, tighten trany bolts down, then tighten engine mount bolts back again. I'm assuming you got the right tran.
I also like answer written above this one. Try that one first. If that don't work, try mine too.

Uh-oh.... don't tighten the bolts.... loosen them up and make sure
your torque converter is seated to the trans. if not then you are
going to break the pump on the trans and have all kinds of costly
repairs on your hands.... the torque converter can be tricky to get fully seated. make sure.........
