you wont be able to send 30mb in one hit to yahoo. if its smaller files that add up to 30mb, then that would be a good idea
if its short term, try uploading it to www.yousendit.com and it will be there for one week (7 days) before deletion and you can download it when you need to. you can use it by sending the link for download to yourself.
but long term I cant help you.

go to gmail.com and start up a email address, you get 2GB free storage and just load it to that
