Use the " no exception" policy. Tell yourself I will work out M-W-Friiday from X PM to Y PM WITHOUT EXCEPTION and stick to it. Realize that it took time to get fat so it will take time to lose it also. Don't over do it. For example, I was sick for a week and I'm weak and feeling out of shape so today I jogged for 15 minutes and hit the weights but I started again. You'll realize that day 1 is the hardest but once you begin, get into a routine. I play tennis so I make it a routine to play several times a week. If not, I'll run stairs and jump rope. Either way, you have to sweat to see real results. START MONDAY. Say F--- it. I'm starting without exception. You can do it

hey mate just start by stretching,you should be able to do a least 20 pushups, once a day to tone the muscles walking in the mornings that is the best time,maybe get yourself a Mountain bike ,like once you start getting older its getts a bit harder the longer you let yourself go, so get of your butt start today matey you will feel better about yourself, some people wait for there first heart attack or the doctor to tell m dont, also its good to see a dietician they will work on the munchin side..good luck with it matey

You will feel so much better, I used to be a couch potato, and miserable, I only spend 4 hours a week working out, but I feel incredible
