I care about this gut i have been dating for 4 months now and he feels the same way but he said that he is scared that he is going to hurt me if we get in a relationship it's hard for me because i care about him alot so what should i do?

How old are you two. You should be able to face your feelings and hurting you is a choice your partner makes. If you are committed to someone, when they diss you, look at it as their loss, difficult as this maybe, life's gotta go on. Discuss with this person if this will work out for both of you, rather than hurt silently.

Sit both of you down and tell each other how you feel and why you feel the things you do. With all the cards on the table weigh out your options and work with them to come to a mutual agreement.

I think he's just saying he feels the same way and just wants to make up a stupid excuse for not being committed to you.

The two of you like each other, so why would he hurt you and how? If he has a problem with his anger- forget him. You haven't explained the situation enough.

get him some mental help, dont put your self in risky relationship, find out his past....good luck
