what causes this? I don't have a STD or yeast infection. I've always had a discharge but good bill of health. I shower immediately before sex and it's fine but even if a few hours go by then the "problem" comes out.

Sounds like to me its the foods you are eatting. that does effect the taste of the discharge in a woman and the taste of sperm. watch out for strong tasting foods and try eatting lots more fresh fruit. I have herd that if a man eats lots of strawberries his sperm will taste sweet strawberriest. Do not eat lots of salt or bitter foods.

You can experience discharge from fungal infections as well, like Candida for example.
Have you been looked at when you were prescribed this antibiotic because fungal infections need different treatment? Or did they give you a medicine according to your symptoms?

The bitter taste can be from something you ate or you eat especially because he felt it both from your vagina and your nipples but it is usually a health issue. As for the food, the same rule applies to both vaginal and sperm taste-it is from spicy foods.

As for the discharge…it could be just your normal discharge. I have had excessive discharge for over 6 months now. I went to get tested, I had a vaginal smear and was found the presence of the fungus with the good bacteria, which my doc described as the perfect vaginal flora. But I still have the discharge.

Mostly the foods you eat can cause changes in taste. Not sure how, but I've always been told this. Your discharge is normal unless its in excess or changes color. They say if you eat healthier and stay away from red meat it won't taste so bitter. If it's a problem, try those flavored edible oils.

I heard if you put a Jolly Rancher inside of it, and let it kind of melt, it will make the vagina smell, and taste like the flavor of the Jolly Rancher.
