some guy at work is talking mad shyt about me ...tho hes blaming some guy i know whos down with me , now should i go out and tell my bosses what hes been saying and get him in trouble or should i talk to him about these rumors ?

Ooh, that's a toughie. You don't really want to get your bosses involved unless it's affecting your work. Talking s@#$ is one thing, harrassment is another. Talk to him first, then if you feel you need to, talk to your bosses. But thoroughly think it through before you do anything you might regret. Good Luck

What ur about to do is NOT revenge, but doing what's right. If u tell the bosses what hes doing, it serves him right. But of course, really find out first what he's trying to say... if he sticks to his word about saying those bad things about u, maybe its time u should do something about it and tell on him.

always talk to that person before and just telling the boss is a bit childish way so try to resolve it with him

well telling your bosses is like crying to mommy. come at his neck, but if you do it at work, be professional, if off grounds...its no holds bar

sometimes revenge feels good, sometimes it doesnt. i felt so guilty after i tried to kill my brothers lizard. in the end, does your punishment fit his crime?
