what i mean is, is a man's skin less vulnerable or will sun and smoking affect him as well,.. or less than a woman?

Women age faster and men are less vulnerable. But it doesn't mean you can lie under the sun or smoke and not be affected at all.
Dab on lotion and eat fruits rich in antioxidants, like apples and grapefruits. Antioxidants are the body's natural fighter against ageing. but come on,with all sincerity,...if you want to avoid aging sooner than you'd have to, avoid smoking.
