How does Canada (the goverment of) feel about the"polluter pays" theory.?

i dont know but who was it, the minister of environment.. i think her name was like Rona Ambrose or something.. well she opted out of Kyoto! and with our conservative government in place i dont really think we will ever tax the corporations due to their pollution. If you want to find out how Canada voted in the UN council i guess you can try at the ministry of environment.

The current goverment has scrapped Kyoto and tells us they have this "new' plan...too bad they wont tell us the details.
