Smoking stunts your growth.
Smoking causes premature wrinkles. It hits you slowly. One day you are remaining youthful. The next day, wrinkles will appear. Then you will wonder how you can reverse it. But you can't. You can only try to prevent it from getting worse.

Drinking too much alcohol without drinking water to counter the dehydrating effects will slowly age you prematurely.
It will also damage your liver.

Depends.. But I'd have to say smoking is worse. Smoking can cause cancer... but alcohol can cause liver damage... but livers regenerate... lol. Besides 3-4 glasses of wine are actually BENEFICIAL to your health! So drink up... just not too much. I said wine, beer isn't going to help your health or your beer belly. Smoking makes you look like crap... and both are expensive habits.

I think a glass of wine or a drink is fine. In excess, it will age you. If you are a "power" drinker on the weekends, you need to slow down to avoid aging.
