If you have received an e mail with an attachement, it is already downloaded! Double click it! If its not opening, it is either corrupt or you dont have a program that will open it! It might help if you were to tell us what the file name and exrension is!

A possible reason is that your security software (if you have any)or system administrator (if this person is not yourself) may be blocking or disabling the download abilities of your user account. If this was done by the system administrator ask them if they'll allow the download onto the system if they refuse you are stuck without that file sorry. if your security software is responsible check the settings and alter them to fit your needs.

what error it is giving? if it is some popup blocker thn enable popups. if it says HTTP 404 or web site cannot found thn check if ur ISP has blocked downloading. If it is still not downloading, thn clear your I E cache and try again
