I want to know if the following formula to calculate the above is correct from an operational point - BPO not HR

Absenteeism – number people absent per day/Number of people present * 100

Attrition – attrition rate = No. of employees left in a month x 100 / total no. of employees in a month

Using your 1,2,3,4, elements: (1+2) -3 /(1+2) = Attrition Rate
