where can i purchase those design things for your crotch area?...for example, a star design filled with hair and the rest is bare...its kinda like a wax design of art...i heard of these but where can i buy it??

I don't think you can purchase a pre-made template to use at home. Whoever waxes it has to basically do it by hand. Maybe you could draw on the area with a washable marker to mask off the hair you want. I would let someone else do it since I personally wouldn't want to inflict that kind of pain doing it myself!

As far as I'm aware, you get this done when you get a Brazilian wax done. Not sure about a design/template.
