If you have access to your account on www.nextel.com, then you can reset it there. Just sign in and look under your balance, there should be a clickable link straight to the reset password screen.

I don't think you have to take it in anywhere. Just call your provider... They can reset it.

you need to take it to where you had it activated at and they can reset it for you.
