There is no such thing as a 100% safe day with rhythm method. The unsafe days are mid-cycle -- about day 14 after the start of your last menstrual period (ovulation) -- but every woman is different, and your cycle can be off a day or two now and then, making it less than 100%

Ideally, 3 days before and after the periods are considered safe. No, they are not 100% safe.

No days are 100% safe. You should look up NFP(Natural Family Planning) it is a practice commonly used by Catholics to avoid banned forms of contraception but it really is a good practice to get to know your body and to avoid using artificial methods which can sometimes be dangerous and it is actually more effective than pills, condoms, or the like. It'll teach you how to tell your "safest" days. And it is based 100% on your body.

I just found out I was pregnant with #4....we always used condoms except for a few "safe" days after my cycle ended. This is when we suspect our last baby was conceived as well (unless condoms failed us twice which is unlikely). Needless to say, if you are really trying to avoid falling pregnant, I wouldn't consider any days of your cycle totally safe. It is much less likely for conception to occur during the first few days after your period but it does happen...I also have a friend who conceived during her period. Play it very safe if you don't want to get pregnant.

There are NO 100% safe days. Use another form of contraceptive - or if your religion doesn't approve, don't have sex unless you want to get pregnant.

youre never 100% safe. cause stuff happens when more then one egg is released. but i would say right after your period and right before are your best bet.
