Dealing with people in general. I can be quite shy with people I don't know well, or extremeley impatient with people whom I dont agree with. Also, I tend to avoid social encounters where I know I'll be uncomfortable (awkward family reunions, parties with too many people I don't know, etc).

i would say dealing with people in general. i am social , but i lack that small spec of patience.
