First you need to call the company and let them know about the situation. If they still refuse to reimburse you then I would go to the Better Business Bureau to report them. A lawsuit is not worth it unless you actually ate the lizard and became ill. Then you have a good case.

you would have to prove the lizard really was in the cookie packet..
you can contact a lawyer but your probaly wasting your time and money
