Those are some pretty gay pants. But he could just be funny.... or like trying to do a gangster kind of thing... I don' t know.
It doesn't mean he's gay because he wore these pants.

not nessasarily. He might just have verrry weird taste in clothing. Like take the skater/emo guys in my school for example. They wear tight pants...why they do this? I have no idea. Another example, there is this guy that was new to our school last year, all he wore were like tight black and white polka dotted pants. Everyone though he was gay, then realized he wasn't when he started going out with head cheerleader. But i dont know...maybe he thinks he looks hot in them or something...

They look like pyjamas. The previous generation in India used to wear these type of pyjamas and underwears, but it was inside the house not in public. I am not sure if this guy is a gay.

Not at all. It could just be that he isn't going to be like everyone else and just follow along with everyone else's style. All we hear nowadays is that kids want to be themselves and dress how they feel yet they are the first to criticize or have something to say when someone isn't wearing what everyone else is wearing. Be an individual and be a leader or just follow along with everyone else and be a nobody. Its his choice as much as it is yours and nobody else's.

I wouldn't say that is is necessairly gay, but he does have extremely bad taste in clothing.
